(1) PRIZE: A three day/two night trip for Winner and three guests to the Los Angeles, CA area, on Sponsor selected dates to attend the Radio Disney Music Awards on June 22, 2018 consisting of the following elements for the Group: [1] hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for two nights; up to four tickets to the Event; [3] the opportunity to choose from among the following three experiences (Winner will be given the option to choose any combination of the experiences): (a) access to seats in the Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Shapes sponsored Fan Zone on the RDMA red carpet and wristbands to the in-venue Fan Zone during the Event; (b) walk the red carpet; (c) up to four tickets to the after party; [4] if Winner’s residence is located more than 250 miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on a sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near Winner’s residence and a Sponsor-selected airport in or near the City, but if Winner’s residence is located 250 miles or less from the City, round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between Winner’s residence and the hotel; [5] airport/hotel transfers if air transportation is provided. Total ARV for Prize: $4,000 (if Winner is a resident of California) or $4,301.

Must be between the ages of six and eighteen, inclusive, (“Child”) or the Parent or grandparent of an eligible Child; be a legal resident of, and physically residing in one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia.
