ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for the Winner and one (1) guest (together, the “Attendees”) to see LIONEL RICHIE: ALL THE HITS at The Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada in August or October 2018 (the “Concert”). The trip includes:

Round trip coach air transportation for the Attendees from the major airport nearest the Winner's residence to the major airport nearest Las Vegas, Nevada (as determined by the Prize Provider in its sole discretion);

Two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino (single room/double occupancy/room and tax only);

Two (2) tickets for the Attendees to the Concert (seating as determined by Prize Provider).

(Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,000.00).

The total ARV of all prizes is $2,000.00.

Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry.
