One (1) Grand Prize: trip for Winner and three (3) guests (each a “Guest”, collectively, the “Guests”) to the Nickelodeon Hotels and Resorts Punta Cana. Guests must either be composed of: (i) one (1) adult and two (2) children aged twelve (12) years old or younger at time of fulfillment, or (ii) one (1) adult, one (1) teenager (i.e., between the ages of thirteen [13] and seventeen [17] years old at time of fulfillment) and one (1) child aged twelve (12) years old or younger at time of fulfillment. Any Guest who is under the age of majority in their state of residence must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian. Trip will include roundtrip, coach class airfare for four (4) from a major airport near Winner’s residence (determined by Sponsors and Nickelodeon in their sole discretion) to Dominican Republic, 4-nights standard hotel accommodations hotel stay (one [1] room, quad occupancy, room and tax included), gourmet inclusive experience for Winner and Guests, including complimentary meals (excluding alternative dining venues) and non-alcoholic drinks, and ground transportation between airport and hotel. Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and D.C. (excluding, without limitation, residents of the States of Florida and New York, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories) who are 18 years of age (or age of majority in his or her state) and older at the time of entry and existing DISH customers as of 3/10/2018.
