Grand Prize: (1) Grand Prize winner will receive $10,000 cash to be awarded in the form of a check payable to the Grand Prize winner. ARV of the Grand Prize: $10,000.
First Prize: (1) First Prize winner will receive $2,500 cash to be awarded in the form of a check payable to the First Prize winner. ARV of the First Prize: $2,500.
Second Prize: (1) Second Prize winner will receive $1,000 cash to be awarded in the form of a check payable to the Second Prize winner. ARV of the Second Prize: $1,000.

Rules
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, outside the U.S., and wherever else prohibited by law.
Limit: Participants may submit up to a maximum of (10) Entry Brackets during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, regardless if the participant has more than one email address.

Follow all entry instructions to complete your Selections from among the (64) Christmas Movies (the Christmas Movies). The Christmas Movies will be listed in four (4) groupings (Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, Hallmark Classics, Hallmark Movies Now), as determined by the Sponsor (the Hallmark Channel’s Merry Madness Christmas Bracket). Participants must enter their Selections for each of the Christmas Movies advancing to the Hallmark Channel’s Merry Madness Round of 32 and on to the subsequent Hallmark Channel’s Merry Madness Round of 16, Hallmark Channel’s Merry Madness Round of 8, Hallmark Channel’s Merry Madness Semi Finalist Round, Hallmark Channel’s Merry Madness Finalist Round, and the Hallmark Channel’s Merry Madness Champion (each, an “Entry Bracket”).
Determining Winners in the Hallmark Channel’s Merry Madness Christmas Movie Sweepstakes: There are a total of one hundred ninety-two (192) points available to be earned. The eligible Participant with the greatest number of cumulative points in the Sweepstakes will be determined to be the potential Grand Prize Winner, the eligible Participant with the second highest number of cumulative points will be determined to be the potential First Prize Winner; and the eligible Participant with the third highest number of cumulative points will be determined to be the potential Second Prize Winner. If there is a tie between Participants for any of the prizes, a winner will be selected in a random drawing from among the tied Participants.
