Prize (1): One (1) Winner and up to one (1) eligible Guest (“Guest”) will receive one (1) round-trip coach class air transportation from airport nearest to the Winner’s home to Los Angeles, CA (approximate retail value $1,100); two (2) nights in one (1) luxury hotel accommodations (room and tax only) for the Winner and a Guest in Los Angeles, CA in a hotel of Sponsor’s choice (approximate retail value $1,000); ground transportation to/from airport and hotel and ground transportation for one (1) night out in Los Angeles, CA (length of transportation TBD by Sponsor) (approximate retail value $1,500), dinner for two (2) ($150.00 maximum) at the Hard Rock Café Hollywood (approximate retail value $150), two (2) tickets to a live performance (live performance TBD by Sponsor, but currently anticipated to be Troubadour, The Roxy or Whisky A Go Go) (approximate retail value $300) (“Show”), VIP tour of Paramount Studios lot (approximate retail value $350) (“Tour”), and $500.00 cash/check/pre-paid credit card (as determined by Sponsor) for the Winner.

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $4,910.
