Five (5) Prize winners (the “Winners”) will each receive one (1) Kotobukiya Black Panther ArtFX Statue (ARV U.S. $139.99) and four (4) IMAX Tickets (ARV per Ticket U.S. $28.00, total ARV for four (4) Tickets U.S. $112.00) (the “Prize”). The total ARV of each Prize is U.S. $251.99.

The total ARV of all Prizes is U.S. $1,259.95.

Open only to natural persons who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island where the total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”), as specified in Paragraph 6, below, exceeds U.S. $500.00) and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) and who are thirteen (13) years of age or older on or before the first day of the Entry Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Entry Period.
