Grand Prize: (1) Grand Prize winner will receive: A STA-BIL paddle valued at $20,000 for use in connection with winner’s bid on a collector car at the Mecum Auction in Kissimmee, FL. currently scheduled for January of 2018; two roundtrip airfares for winner and (1) guest from the gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to Orlando, Florida; (2) nights, (3) days hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) in Kissimmee, Florida, as determined by Sponsor; (2) standard passes for (3) days at the Auction for winner and guest (dates to be mutually determined by Sponsor and winner, subject to availability); a $450 stipend to be applied towards rental car expenses; and a “VIP Mecum Experience” to be determined by Sponsor and Mecum Auctions, which may include a “behind the scenes” tour at the Auction and a goodie bag including official Mecum and STA-BIL gear and accessories.

ARV of Grand Prize: $22,420.

Tax Gross-Up Payment: In addition to the Grand Prize awarded to the winner, the winner will also receive a cash payment in the form of a corporate check which is intended to assist with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize. The amount of Tax Gross-Up Payment will be computed based upon the actual retail value of the Grand Prize utilizing a combined tax rate for all federal, state, and other tax obligations related to such prize at 33%.
