The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least (21) years old at the time of entry.
There is a limit of (1) Contest Submission per person, per day during the Promotion Period. A “day” is defined as any (24) hour period beginning at 11:00:00 AM PT and ending at 10:59:59 AM PT the following day. In a given “day” you can enter the same Contest Submission on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
How to Enter: The Sponsor is encouraging individuals to share a photo of their favorite holiday cocktail or mocktail (non-alcoholic cocktail), (your “Contest Submission”). Ensure your Contest Submission complies with the following:
•Do not include any brand name or logo in your photo other than the Lindsay brand name or logo.
•IMPORTANT NOTES: (a) Featuring the Lindsay® product(s), logo or brand name in NOT a requirement for entry; however if you chose to feature the Lindsay product(s), logo or brand, it does not impact the decisions of the Judging Panel in any way). (b) Contest submissions for cocktails and mocktails will be judged on the same basis; the use of alcohol in your Contest Submission is NOT a requirement and does not impact the decisions of the Judging Panel in any way.
•Your Contest Submission (a) should be your original photo and text, and cannot contain any third party copyrighted or proprietary language; (b) must be suitable for general audiences (i.e., may not be obscene, indecent or offensive in any manner to any viewing audience and (c) must not depict or in any way violate either the spirit or letter of any law or regulation.

Review and Additional Information
Judging to Determine Grand Prize Winners: At the conclusion of the Promotion, Entries will be reviewed by the Sponsor’s Judging Panel giving equal weight to the following judging criteria: (i) overall connection to the “100 Years of Cheers” theme; (ii) originality and creativity; and (iii) quality of overall post.
