One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a trip for winner and one (1) guest to Phoenix, Arizona to attend Super Bowl XLIX scheduled to occur on February 1, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”). Grand Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from an airport nearest the winner’s home within the continental U.S. to an airport in the Phoenix, Arizona area, one (1) double occupancy standard hotel rooms for four (4) nights, ground transportation (stipend for a rental car or taxi and transportation between the hotel and Game), two (2) tickets to the Game, two (2) tickets to a Super Bowl party, two (2) commemorative gift bags and $250 spending money.

Estimated retail value (“ERV”): up to $8,150.

Six (6) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a replica football helmet signed by DeMarco Murray. Actual Retail Value (“ARV”): $375.

Fifty (50) Second Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a fifty dollar ($50) NFLShop.com gift card*. ARV: $50.
