(30) One (1) Be My Guest Certificate, each valid for one (1) night hotel accommodations in a standard suite at any Embassy Suites Hotel worldwide of winner’s choice (maximum capacity of six people per room). Certificates are subject to terms and conditions specified thereon. Certificates expire one (1) year from date of issue. Certificate applies to room rate and corresponding tax only and does not apply to gratuities or any incidental charges incurred during the winner’s stay. Fourteen (14) days advanced hotel reservation required. Hotel accommodations are subject to availability. Each winner must disclose use of certificate at time of reservation and must book a non-prepaid reservation. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: US$165.
