(1) Prize: one Entertainment Center that includes one Big Screen TV, one set of Speakers, one Blu-ray DVD Player, with an ARV of US $2,000.00 and US $3000.00 to be awarded in the form of a check. At Prize winner'srequest and Administrator's sole and exclusive choice the Prize may be converted to US $5000.00 to be awarded in the form of a check.

ARV of the Prize is US $5,000.

Open to persons who are: (a) Registered Users; (b) legal residents of the United States; and (c) at least 18 years old or age of majority, whichever is older in their state of residence, at the date of entry in this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, all US territories and possessions, outside the U.S. and where prohibited by law.

There is a limit of one entry per person per day.
