SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES (3):
Grand Prize (1): One prize of $1,000,000.00 USD in cash, awarded via wire transfer to a qualified bank account in the Prize Winner’s name that permits and accepts international wire transfers.
ARV of Grand Prize: $1,000,000.00 USD (equivalent to approximately*** $1,390,000.00 CAD / £740,000.00 GBP / €860,000.00 EUR / $17,000,000.00 MXN / ¥160,210,000.00 JPY / R 16,180,000.00 ZAR).
First Prizes (2): Each First Prize Winner will receive:
A spending budget of $175,000.00 USD to be used towards a Mercedes-Benz vehicle to be selected by the First Prize Winner that is available at an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership in the First Prize Winner’s jurisdiction. The cost of the Vehicle selected must exceed at least $100,000 USD, inclusive of trim level and optional original equipment manufacturer accessories. Any remaining balance of the spending budget after Vehicle cost, and following the deduction of all related costs and expenses as described below that have not already been deducted, will be paid to the First Prize Winner either as a check, as prepaid cards, or via wire transfer to a qualified bank account in the First Prize Winner’s name that permits and accepts international wire transfers, in the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, such payment not to exceed $30,000.00 USD.
Note: First Prize Winners in a jurisdiction subject to mandatory 30% tax withholding as described below will instead receive a spending budget of $122,500.00 USD, following deduction of the taxes.
