PRIZES: Between seven (7) and eight (8) prizes will be awarded;
A Christmas Wish Granted – the individual prize value should not exceed three thousand dollars ($3,000.00);
Prize amounts will vary depending on item or items listed on essay;
Prize value will be no less than two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) and will not exceed three thousand dollars ($3,000.00);
The specifics of all aforementioned elements of the prizes, including any cash gift card (the “Promotional Card”), shall be solely determined by the Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a requested Christmas Wish is feasible, lawful, available, and capable of being fulfilled. Sponsor may substitute comparable goods, services, gift cards, or cash assistance of equivalent value to fulfill an approved wish.

Total overall ARV shall not exceed twenty-one thousand dollars ($21,000.00).

NOMINATOR ELIGIBILITY: For the Contest, any nominator must be a legal resident of the contiguous forty-eight (48) United States or the District of Columbia, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older at the date of entry (or the age of majority in the nominator’s state of residence, whichever is older) (the “Nominator” or “Entrant”).

NOMINEE ELIGIBILITY: For the Contest, any nominee must be a legal resident of the contiguous forty-eight (48) United States or the District of Columbia, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older at the date of entry (or the age of majority in the nominee’s state of residence, whichever is older) (the “Nominee”).

Limit one (1) entry per person/household.

Entry Submission Criteria:

Nominators will be asked to submit an essay describing why you feel your Nominee should have their Christmas wish granted (the “Essay”).
Should not exceed one hundred fifty (150) words in length.
Must be in English.
Permitted format of the Entry: Complete text field on entry form.
Submissions made by email or fax will NOT be accepted.
Submission may or may not be read on-air.
