One Hundred (100) Concert Cash prizes, each consisting of one (1) $50 Live Nation® Concert Cash® code (“Code”). Codes are redeemable only on the website located at livenation.com/concertcashtickets. Each Code is a one-time use only promo code good toward $50-off final ticket purchase for a select Live Nation produced and promoted concert at a participating Live Nation owned or operated venue in the United States ticketed on Ticketmaster.com, based on availability under this program. Approximate Retail Value of each prize is: Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($50.00).

Open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States and the state of North Carolina, South Carolina or Virginia, who have a valid social security or tax ID number, and who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
