Grand Prize (5): Each Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to New York, New York to attend an exclusive Perdue holiday dinner experience at Food Network Kitchen in Manhattan on December 2, 2026 (the “Event”). Each Grand Prize consists of the following:

Admission for winner and guest to the Event, a multi-course dinner hosted by Chef Lorenzo Espada (ARV $300 total for winner and guest);

Round-trip, coach-class airfare for winner and guest from a major commercial airport in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States nearest the winner’s residence, as selected by Sponsor, to the New York City metropolitan area, booked directly by Sponsor (ARV up to $2,000 for winner and guest combined; actual value will vary based on departure city and fares at time of booking);

Two (2) nights’ standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy; room and tax only) at a Moxy hotel in Manhattan selected by Sponsor (ARV $1,800);

One (1) $1,000 Visa® Prepaid Card for ground transportation, meals and other travel expenses(ARV $1,000); and

One (1) $1,750 Visa® Prepaid Card intended to help offset the winner’s tax liability associated with the prize (ARV $1,750).

ARV of each Grand Prize: $6,850.

Total ARV of all five (5) Grand Prizes: $34,250.

Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska; twenty-one (21) in Mississippi) at the time of entry.
