One Grand Prize: 1,000,000 Treats Rewards points deposited to the Entrants’ PetSmart Treats Rewards account, plus 5,000,000 Treats Rewards membership reward points donated to the PetSmart Charities or PetSmart Charities of Canada partner of the winner's choosing. Treats Rewards points do not have a retail value, but 1,000,000 Treats Rewards points are redeemable in store or online for $2,000USD/CAD.

Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and D.C., Puerto Rico and Canada (excluding Quebec) (“Eligibility Area”), who as of date of entry are members of the PetSmart Treats Rewards Loyalty Program (“Treats Rewards”), are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) and possess a web enabled device as of date of entry.

There is a limit of one hundred and one Entries per Entrant (as broken out above), regardless of method of Entry.
