There will be one (1) prize awarded (“Prize”) to the Winner. Prize will consist of a trip for Winner and one (1) guest ("Guest") to the Universal City, California (“Trip”). Trip will include the following: (a) roundtrip air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major airport located within the United States near Winner’s place of residence (as selected in Sponsor's sole discretion) to a major airport located in Universal City, California; (b) two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (as selected in and Guest sole discretion) for Winner and Guest at Sheraton Universal Hotel, 333 Universal Hollywood Dr, Universal City, CA 91608 (“Hotel”); (c) roundtrip transfers for Winner and Guest in Universal City, California between the airport and hotel, and (d) two (2) tickets for Winner and one (1) guest ("Guest") to the FocusFest event scheduled to take place on October 10, 2026 at 12:00 PM PT at The Commons at the Universal Lot located at 1280 Main St, Studio City, CA 91604 (“Event”).

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is three thousand dollars ($3,000).
