If Grand Prize Winner is a US resident who does not choose the Cash Alternative Option, Grand Prize will also include a payment of US$20,000 for Winner to pay required US income taxes.
Maximum Estimated Retail Value of the Grand Prize is US$112,000 for US residents and US$92,000 for non-US residents, assuming the Grand Prize Winner does not choose the Cash Alternative Option.
