The one (1) verified Winner of this Contest will receive one (1) trip for two (2) (the Winner and one (1) guest age 21 or older) to see Metallica in Cleveland, OH, between Sunday, June 13, 2027 and Thursday, June 17, 2027 (specific dates to be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Administrator), including the following:

(i) roundtrip coach airfare between a major commercial airport near the Winner’s home (as determined in the sole discretion of the Contest Administrator) and a major commercial airport in Cleveland, OH (as determined in the sole discretion of the Contest Administrator);

(ii) three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one (1) room, standard double occupancy) at a hotel in the Cleveland, OH area between Sunday, June 13, 2027 and Thursday, June 17, 2027 (specific dates to be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Administrator);

(iii) two (2) Snake Pit tickets to see Metallica at Huntington Bank Field, 100 Alfred Lerner Way, Cleveland, OH 44114, on Tuesday, June 15, 2027;

(iv) access for two (2) (the Winner and their one (1) guest age 21 or older) to The Metallica Black Box Experience, an exclusive pre-show VIP gathering and memorabilia lounge, at Huntington Bank Field, 100 Alfred Lerner Way, Cleveland, OH 44114 on Tuesday, June 15, 2027; and

(v) two (2) tickets to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, 1100 E 9th St, Cleveland, OH 44114, valid for use between Sunday, June 13, 2027 and Thursday, June 17, 2027 (specific date to be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Administrator) (the “Prize”).

The total value of the Prize is estimated at (but will not exceed) $4,950.00,.
