Grand Prize Winner. USD $10,000 presented in the form of a check. ARV of the prize is USD $10,000.

Second Place Winner. USD $5,000 presented in the form of a check. ARV of this prize is USD $5,000.

Third Place Winner. USD $5,000 presented in the form of a check. ARV of this prize is USD $5,000.

Fourth Place Winner. USD $5,000 presented in the form of a check. ARV of this prize is USD $5,000.

ARV of all national prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes USD $25,000.

Open only to persons who are legal residents of and physically residing in the forty-eight contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding Quebec), excluding residents of jurisdictions where the Sweepstakes is prohibited or restricted by law; twenty-one years of age or older at the time of entry; and the current owner of a single-family residence in the Eligibility Area.
