One (1) Grand Prize – a 3-day/2-night trip for the winner and one guest to attend Ed Sheeran’s final 2026 North American LOOP Tour concert at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida on Saturday, November 7, 2026 (the “Event”). Prize includes 2 tickets to the concert Event, roundtrip economy air transportation from a major airport nearest winner’s home to Tampa, Florida, and 2 nights’ hotel accommodations (1 room/double occupancy), a Meet and Greet with Ed Sheeran and 2 swag bags containing Ed Sheeran merchandise. The Meet and Greet portion of the prize is subject to availability and at the discretion of the Sponsor and its agents. There is no monetary value associated with Meet and Greet portion of the prize. If the winner resides within a 100-mile radius of the trip destination, Sponsor reserves the right to provide a $100 pre-paid cash card in lieu of air transportation. Decisions regarding all components of the prize are at the Sponsor’s and its agents’ and prize provider’s absolute and sole discretion.

The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $3,050.
