One (1) Prize: The winner will receive the total value of the swear jar awarded as a check made payable to the winner. The total value of the swear jar is a progressive prize pool value and will be determined by Sponsor based on depositing at least $1 to up to $15 per Swear Word.

The value will be calculated cumulatively over the course of the 10 Races. The maximum approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $15,000.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of date of entry.

LIMIT: One (1) registration per person during the entire Promotion Period and one (1) Prediction per person per Entry Period.

The Promotion is a prediction-based game of chance with a prize pool of variable value determined by an external trigger.
