There will be one (1) prize awarded (“Prize”) to the Winner. Prize will consist of the following: round-trip coach class air transportation for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to a major airport in Los Angeles, California and two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (“Trip”); two (2) tickets for Winner and Guest to the NBC100 Special (“Event”); a two hundred fifty dollar ($250) ground transportation allowance for transportation between the airport and hotel, awarded as a gift card or corporate check; and a five hundred dollar ($500) Visa gift card for food.

One (1) ticket for Winner and one (1) Guest to the NBC100 Special event scheduled to take place on December 10, 2026 at Dolby Theater located at 6801 Hollywood Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90028 (“Event”).

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is four thousand fifty dollars ($4,050).

Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
