Open only to legal residents of the United States (including its commonwealths, territories, and possessions), excluding legal residents from New York or Hawaii who are eighteen years of age (except in the case of residents of jurisdictions where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen years, such legal age of majority) or older at the time of entry and who have a residential mortgage loan prior to August 1, 2026. If the entrant is a current UHM customer, to be eligible to win, they must maintain a mortgage account in good standing, with no current or outstanding delinquencies.
