One (1) Winner will receive tickets for a private screening of the Film ("Private Screening") for the winner and up to forty-nine (49) guests (each, a "Guest" and collectively, the "Guests") at a RealD 3D playdate theater near the winner’s residence (movie theater to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion). TRAVEL AND LODGING ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Open to entrants who, at the time of entry and throughout the Sweepstakes Period (defined below) and prize fulfillment period as set forth below, are: (a) natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and (b) at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is or older).
