Prize for Winner (the "Prize"): The Winner and one (1) guest will receive one (1) trip to see Cole Swindell perform in Morrison, CO located at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 (the “Show”). The Prize will consist solely of:

(i) two (2) round trip, economy class, airfare tickets from a major airport near the Winner’s residence in the United States (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion);

(ii) hotel accommodations (based upon double occupancy, as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) for two (2) nights’ stay (check-in on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 and check out on Thursday, September 10, 2026);

(iii) two (2) tickets to the Show, and (iv) meet and greet.

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000).

Offered only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia who, at the time of entry: (a) are at least twenty-one (21) years old; and (b) have online access.
