Once on the Promotion Website, Participant will be required to
Fill out entry form with their first and last name, email address, and street address including city, state and zip code (P.O. Box will not be accepted); and
Answer the question as to why they are Cereal’s “#1 Biggest Fan” (“Statement”). Statement cannot exceed 300 words and must be included in the designated field on the entry form; and
Select Lucky Charms, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Reese’s Puffs OR Honey Nut Cheerios as their “Cereal Team” which must be the same cereal as the subject of the Entry (once selected, choice of Cereal Team cannot be changed: Participant may therefore wish to review the Contest Prizes and accompanying restrictions in Sections 9 and 10 below before selecting their Cereal Team); and
Check the box indicating that they have read, understand and agree to these Official Rules. (If this box is not checked, entry will not be accepted);
Upload a photo or video demonstrating why they are Cereal’s “#1 Biggest Fan.” The video must be less than thirty (30) seconds in length and must be in one (1) of the following formats: MP4, MOV, M4V, or 3GP. Photo must be in one (1) of the following formats: JPEG, PNG, HEIC, PDF and cannot exceed 10MB. (Additional technological requirements on Promotion Website may apply); and
Check the box granting Sponsor and its designees the perpetual, lice
nsable, fully paid-up and irrevocable right to use the photo/video as well as Statement for any purpose it wishes; making the representation and warranty that they are the author of the photo/video and Statement and own all rights therein; waiving any right of review or approval of Sponsor’s use of same; and releasing Sponsor from any liability related thereto.
