One (1) Grand Prize Winner: The Meemaw who is chosen based on the Entry will receive a check for $65,000.
In addition, the winning Meemaw will have the opportunity to become the Hardee’s Meemaw Brand Ambassador. If the winning Meemaw accepts and enters into a written promotional agreement with Hardee’s, the perks will include a $600 Hardee’s Gift Card, collaborating with Hardee’s to create a Meemaw app-exclusive breakfast meal, and a trip to Nashville, Tennessee to the Hardee’s Headquarters in September 2026 for a content shoot to promote the meal.

Entrants must have permission from the individual featured in the submission (“Meemaw”) before submitting any content. By entering, you represent that the featured individual has agreed to participate and has consented to the use of her name, likeness, voice, and image as described in these official rules. Entrants must be 18 years or older to submit their Meemaw.
To enter the Contest, during the Entry Period, participants must submit an original photo or video featuring their nominated Meemaw.
Each submission should:
Introduce your Meemaw and tell us who she is.
Explain why she deserves to become the next Hardee’s Meemaw.
Showcase what makes her authentic, funny, charming, relatable, charismatic, or uniquely representative of the Hardee’s brand.
Share her genuine connection to Hardee’s, including favorite menu items, family traditions, memories, or experiences with the brand.
If submitting a video:
Recommended length: 30-90 seconds.
May be filmed using any camera or mobile device.
Entries may include interviews, candid moments, storytelling, family footage, or other creative formats.
Post your original photo or video (“Entry”) to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Formerly Known as Twitter) and Threads, tag @Hardees and include the official campaign hashtag #HardeesMeemaws.
