There are one hundred ninety-six (196) prizes available in the Sweepstakes (each, a “Prize”). Each Prize consists of: (i) one (1) Brisk x Splatoon Raiders XL T-Shirt; (ii) one (1) Brisk x Splatoon Raiders Koozie; (iii) one (1) Brisk branded Nintendo Switch 2 Case; (iv) one (1) Nintendo Switch 2 system; (v) one (1) Splatoon Raiders digital game download code; and, (vi) one (1) twelve fluid ounce (12 fl-oz) can of Brisk. Each Prize has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $549.58.

Total ARV of all Prizes available in this Sweepstakes is $107,717.68.

Must, at the time of entry, meet all of the following requirements: (i) be legal residents of one (1) of the 50 United States or D.C. (“Territory”); (ii) be at least 18 years of age or older and the age of majority in the entrant’s jurisdiction (19 years of age in Alabama and Nebraska); and (iii) have a registered Instagram account that is set to “public” for the duration of the Sweepstakes Entry Period (each, a “Participant(s)”).
