THERE WILL BE ONE (1) PRIZE (the "Prize") AWARDED:

If the Winner lives within 200 miles of Acrisure Stadium, the Prize Package shall consist of the following:

i) two (2) tickets to the Steelers Game (ARV $500); and (ii) a two (2) night stay at the Omni William Penn Hotel (ARV $1,000);

If the Winner lives more than 200 miles from Acrisure Stadium, the Prize Package shall consist of the following:

i) two (2) tickets to the Steelers Game (ARV $500); (ii) a two (2) night stay at the Omni William Penn Hotel (ARV $1,000); and (iii) round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near the Winner's home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Pittsburgh, PA (Maximum ARV $1,500).

Total approximate retail value (hereinabove and below, "ARV") of the Prize Package is $1,500 to $3,000, depending on the home location of the Winner.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of Entry.

Limit of ONE (1), AND ONLY ONE (1), ENTRY PER PERSON.
