Prize #1: Winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for the Winner and a guest to Los Angeles, CA to attend the world premiere of the Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday movie (“Premiere”) scheduled for December 2026 (the “Trip”). Prize #2: Winner will receive an eight (8) day/seven (7) night National Geographic Expeditions Journeys: Kenya Safari Experience (the “Trip”), operated by Lindblad Expeditions (“Tour Operator”), with additional inclusions, if applicable, as set forth below (collectively, the “Vacation Package”) for the Winner and up to one (1) guest (“Guest”) (Prize Winner and Guest together, the “Group”). The Vacation Package is subject to restrictions and conditions, including those set forth below.
The Vacation Package consists of the following:

ARV of Prize #2 is $15,658.00.
Prize #3: Winner will receive a cruise vacation for the Winner and up to three (3) guests (each a “Guest”; collectively “Guests” and together with the Winner, the “Group”) to be taken aboard the Disney Believe ship (the “Vacation Package”) subject to the terms outlined below. Prize #3 consists of the following:
Number of nights/days of the cruise, ports, and itinerary are to be determined by Disney Cruise Line.
Cruise will occur during one of the inaugural sailings for the Disney Believe, chosen by Sponsor.
If Winner resides outside a 250-mile radius of the port of departure:
Up to four (4) roundtrip coach airfares between the major U.S. gateway airport closest to the Winner’s residence (“Departure Airport”) and the closest major airport to the port of departure;
Ground transportation for up to four (4) persons or voucher(s) for local ground transportation service from the closest major airport to the port of departure to a hotel near the port of departure (at the discretion of Sponsor);
One (1) standard room with a maximum occupancy of four (4) persons at the hotel (hotel selection at the discretion of Sponsor) for one (1) night prior to the ship’s departure;
One (1) cruise on the Disney Believe for up to four (4) persons, consisting of:
One (1) stateroom aboard the Disney Believe (location/category at the discretion of Sponsor) with a maximum occupancy four (4) people;
All meals onboard the Disney Believe (excluding specialty and adult-exclusive dining);

Prize #9: Winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip (“Trip”) for Winner and a guest to New York, NY to attend performances of “The Lion King” at the Minskoff Theatre and “Aladdin” at the New Amsterdam Theatre (each a “Show” and collectively the “Shows”), dinner for Winner and a guest at the Hard Rock Café in Time Square, a complimentary bundle of Disney on Broadway merchandise, and a VIP tour of the New Amsterdam Theatre.
Trip consists of the following:
Up to two (2) round trip coach airfares between the major gateway airport closest to Winner's residence (“Departure Airport”) and a New York area airport selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (“Arrival Airport”). The Prize does not include costs for any extra services and amenities provided by the applicable airline(s) (including, without limitation, premium meal service and excess baggage costs) and all such costs must be paid for by Winner.
Round trip ground transportation for up to two (2) persons or voucher(s) of up to $100.00 in total for local ground transportation service from Arrival Airport to the Hotel (as defined in the following clause).
One (1) standard room (with a maximum of two (2) persons) for three (3) nights at a hotel of no less than three (3) star rating within a one (1) mile radius of the New Amsterdam Theatre (the “Hotel”). The performance dates and times shall be in Sponsor’s discretion, and block-out dates may apply. Performers are subject to change. Attendance at the performances shall be subject to additional terms, conditions, and rules of Disney Theatrical Group and each applicable theatre.

Prize #10: Winner will receive a 5-day/4-night trip (“Trip”) for Winner and one guest to Las Vegas, Nevada to attend Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix (“Event”), which Trip prize is provided by Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc. (“Prize Provider”). Event is currently scheduled to take place between November 19 – 21, 2026 in Las Vegas, NV (date subject to change).
Trip consists of:
Round-trip economy class air transportation for two (2) people to Las Vegas, Nevada from a major international or regional airport proximate to Winner’s home, as selected and approved by Prize Provider (airfare not to exceed $2,500); if Winner’s residence is within one hundred-fifty (150) miles of Las Vegas, then ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air travel (no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded), all in Prize Provider’s sole discretion;

Prize #15: Winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for the Winner and a guest to Los Angeles, CA to attend a live taping of an episode of the Dancing with the Stars’ (“Show”) scheduled for September, October, or November 2026 (the “Trip”).
