There will be a total of one (1) Grand Prize Sweepstakes winner (“Grand Prize Winner”). One (1) prize will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner as follows:

A four (4) night trip for Grand Prize Winner to attend the Lollapalooza® Music Festival located at 331 E. Randolph Street (Columbus Drive), Grant Park in Chicago, Illinois 60601, taking place July 30, 2026 through August 2, 2026 (the “Festival”).

Prize package to consist of:

Two (2) general admission 4-day tickets to the Festival awarded to the Grand Prize Winner, who may designate one (1) travel companion (“Travel Companion”) to accompany the Grand Prize Winner;

Four (4) consecutive nights of standard hotel lodging (single room, double occupancy) in Chicago, Illinois, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion;

One (1) prepaid card with a value of $2,500, to cover round-trip, coach-class airfare to and from Chicago, Illinois; ground transportation to and from the Festival (including, without limitation, rideshare services and public transit); and reasonable meal expenses.

Approximate total Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize Award: $5,048.

Open to legal U.S. residents currently residing in the 48 contiguous United States including the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older (as of the date of entry).

Limit one (1) Entry per person per platform (i.e., one (1) Entry via TikTok and one (1) Entry via Instagram) during the Promotion Period.

During the Promotion Period, to enter: (1) follow @neutrogena on Instagram or @neutrogena_us on TikTok, and (2) comment on the Sweepstakes Post by tagging (@mentioning) a friend with the hashtag #NeutrogenaSweepstakes (“Entry”). You must be a member of Instagram or TikTok in order to participate. In addition, you must not change your Instagram or TikTok handle once you post to enter this Sweepstakes and until the prizes are awarded.
