(1) Prize per Entry Period equivalent to the dollar amount of the prize winner’s receipt up to $5,000 cash (to be awarded in the form of a refund if purchase was made with a credit card or in the form of a check if purchase was made with cash). The amount to be awarded to a Prize Winner will be based on the total of the receipt selected as the prize-winning entry. If the selected winner is a non-purchase entrant, the prize will be One $50 Sleep Outfitters gift card.

Must be a legal resident of the Contiguous United States (excluding Rhode Island) or the District of Columbia and be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
