Prizes (2): Each prize is “free rent for a year”, awarded as 12 months of rent credits or monthly direct deposits at the monthly rent rate as outlined in the lease agreement for the RPM Living property that the winner currently resides in. ARV of the prize is up to $20,000 and will depend upon the winner’s current rent rate (not including taxes or other additional fees [ex. pet rent, additional storage, etc.]), per the signed lease agreement, for the applicable month.
Total ARV of all prizes available in the Sweepstakes is $40,000.

Open only to legal United States residents who are named on the lease at a participating RPM Living property within Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and the District of Columbia, and who are eighteen years of age or older as of date of entry and through prize awarding.
