One (1) prize is available to be awarded. The prize consists of two (2) tickets (for use by Winner and Winner’s guest) to a Miami HEAT regular season home game 3 played at Kaseya Center (the “Game”). Exact Game date will be determined by the NBA Entities, in their sole discretion, at a date later than the publication of these Official Rules. Winner will also receive their choice of one (1) of the following activities: (a) Wynwood Art Tour, (b) SOBE Food and Wine Festival tickets (must travel during the weekend of February 26-28, 2027) to redeem this prize, or (c) a premium dining experience (up to six hundred dollars ($600.00) in value, prize delivered in the form of a gift card subject to terms and condition set by issuer), as determined by the Miami HEAT in its sole discretion (each an “Activity”). For avoidance of doubt, no additional travel, hotel, or any other costs or expenses will be provided in connection with the Activity selected by the Winner. If the Winner lives more than one hundred and fifty (150) miles from Kaseya Center which is located at 601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132 (the “Game Address”), then the following additional prizes will also be awarded to the Winner (collectively, the “Additional Prizes”): round-trip (main cabin) coach air transportation (from a major airport servicing American Airlines nearest Winner’s home to destination city) for Winner and Winner’s one (1) guest; standard, double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one room) for three (3) nights; and two hundred dollars ($200.00) spending money (awarded in the form of a check, payable to the Winner).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is up to one thousand six hundred dollars ($1,600.00) if the winner lives within one hundred and fifty (150) miles of the Game Address, or up to four thousand dollars ($4,000.00) if the Additional Prizes are awarded.

Open only to legal U.S. residents who, at the time of entry, (i) reside in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; (ii) are twenty-one (21) years of age or older; and (iii) are members of the American Airlines AAdvantage® Program.
