One (1) prize is available to be awarded. The prize consists of a trip for Winner and Winner’s one (1) guest to attend a 2026-2027 Miami HEAT regular season away 3 game in the continental United States, excluding games played at Kaseya Center, selected by the Winner (the “Game”), subject to availability. The trip consists of round-trip (main cabin) coach air transportation (from a major airport servicing American Airlines nearest Winner’s home to destination city) for Winner and Winner’s one (1) guest; standard, double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one room) for two (2) nights; two (2) tickets to the Game; HEAT merchandise (as selected by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion) and two hundred dollars ($200.00) spending money (awarded in the form of a check, payable to the Winner). It is assumed, but not required, that the Winner shall choose a Game/location where air transportation is required. If the winner lives within one-hundred fifty (150) miles from the address of the venue in which the Game will be played (the “Game Address”), then the winner will only receive the following prizes: Two (2) tickets to a 2026-27 Game and Miami HEAT merchandise (as selected by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): up to two thousand six hundred dollars ($2,600.00).

Open only to legal U.S. residents who, at the time of entry, (i) reside in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; (ii) are eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen (19) years of age or older if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska); and (iii) are members of the American Airlines AAdvantage® Program.
