Prize Details
One (1) Grand Prize: A trip to Italy awarded in the form of a travel certificate valued at $5,000. Winner will also receive a check issued by the Administrator in the amount of $1,000 for incidentals and a Coca-Cola travel pack (comprised of items as solely determined by the Sponsor). See Grand Prize restrictions below. ARV of Grand Prize is $6,200.
Five (5) First Prizes: “Pizza for a Year” (fulfilled via Gift Card provided by MOD Pizza which will enable the winner to receive one (1) pizza per week for fifty-two (52) weeks). ARV: $840 each. Total ARV of all First Prizes: $4,200.
Ten (10) Second Prizes: A Coca-Cola Pizza Set comprise of one (1) Tuscany Pizza Oven, one (1) Pizza Peel, one (1) Apron and one (1) Pizza Kit (comprised of a potholder, bamboo spoon, pizza cutter, board, and digital timer). ARV: $300 each. Total ARV of all Second Prizes: $3,000.

To enter without making a restaurant visitation or beverage purchase, handprint in English in black ink on a 3”x 5” piece of paper your complete name, mailing address, mobile phone number, email address, MOD Rewards® number (if applicable), and date of birth and then mail in a properly stamped envelope to “MOD Pizza Summer of Rewards, PO Box 488, Syosset, NY 11791-0488” (the “Mail-in Entry”). To be entered into a Sweepstakes drawing as further detailed below in Rule #4, the Mail-in Entry must be postmarked by August 24, 2026 and received by August 27, 2026.
