Open only to U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents who are legal residents of one of the fifty states of the U.S., or D.C. and Canadian citizens and permanent residents who are legal residents of Canada (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions, and Quebec), who are currently physically located and residing therein, and who are twenty-one years of age or older as of June 8, 2026.
