Open only to legal permanent residents, (having either a social security number [SSN] or tax identification number [TIN]), of the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their state/province of residence (residents of Alabama and Nebraska must be 19 years of age or older; residents of Mississippi must be 21 years of age or older; residents of Canada must be 18 or 19, depending on province, and 18 years of age or older in all remaining states and the District of Columbia; to be age of majority) at time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Quebec, Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.
