Tier 2 Prizes consist of twenty-four prize packages, each including one signed exclusive Masters of the Universe poster, one Masters of the Universe Echo Pop device, one Mattel character action figure with a total ARV of $80.00 per prize package.
Tier 3 Prizes consist of four hundred seventy-five prize packages, each including one signed exclusive Masters of the Universe poster, one Mattel character action figure with a total ARV of $30.00 per
prize package.
