The concert tickets awarded as prizes (“Prizes”) are for select upcoming live concert performances by Hilary Duff. Hilary Duff is not a sponsor of, administrator of, or otherwise associated with this Sweepstakes, and her name and likeness are used solely to describe the concert events for which tickets are awarded. Each Prize consists of two (2) concert tickets and one (1) $200 Uber® gift card.

The ARV of individual Prizes ranges from $599 to $1,199.

Total Approximate Retail Value (“Total ARV”) of all Prizes available in the Sweepstakes: $29,992.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry.
