Nominee must be a legal resident of the fifty USA, the District of Columbia, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands; age eighteen or older; who has a valid social security number and is a current or retired union member in good standing with a union nationally affiliated with the AFL-CIO.

Limit one entry per Entrant.

Provide a written (300-600 word) response or video response (not to exceed 5 minutes in duration), nominating themselves or someone else, explaining how their nominee is going above and beyond at home, at work and in their community.
