VIA QUICK RESPONSE CODE ON DISPLAY/TEXT MESSAGING: During the Promotion Period, look for special Sweepstakes displays at participating Modelo retailers, with a Quick Response (“QR”) code. Scan the QR code with your 2-way text messaging-capable device (“Device”) to open your Device’s text messaging application, then text the keyword SOUTHEAST to short-code 20102. You can also text the keyword SOUTHEAST to short-code 20102 without using the QR code on display. After your message with the keyword is received, you will receive a reply message requesting your date of birth (MMDDYYYY). After you reply with an eligible date of birth, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Text Entry” or “Entry”). Text Entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on July 31, 2026.
VIA MAIL: On a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper, hand print your full name, street address, city, state, zip, date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY), daytime telephone number and valid email address (collectively “Mailed Entry” or “Entry”). You must also include your signature on your Entry to certify that you are 21 years of age or older. Mail your Entry in a hand-addressed envelope via first-class mail to: Modelo Soccer Southeast Sweepstakes Entries, P.O. Box 7706, Melville, NY 11775-7706, to receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Mailed Entry per mailing envelope. No mechanically reproduced Entries permitted. Mailed Entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2026 and received by August 6, 2026.
