Three (3) prize packages (each a “Prize”), each with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of nine hundred and thirty-five dollars ($935.00), will be awarded. Each Prize consists of the following:

One (1) Driver fitting with a local Titleist Product Specialist – ARV: $100

One (1) Custom Titleist GTS Driver with inline featured shaft offering – ARV: $699

Two (2) Dozen Custom Pro V1 golf balls – ARV: $136

The total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded is two thousand eight hundred and five dollars ($2,805.00).

Open to individuals who are both: (a) legal residents of any of the 50 states in the United States of America or the District of Columbia; and (b) are eighteen (18) years of age or older (each at the time of entry).
