There will be one (1) prize (the "Prize") awarded. The Prize Winner will receive: i) four (4) tickets to the Steelers Game (ARV $1,612); (ii) four (4) pregame on-field passes for the Steelers Game (ARV $1,200); and (iii) two (2) night stay at the Resort (ARV $2,000).

Total approximate retail value (hereinabove and below, "ARV") of the Prize is $4812.

Open only to a) legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America, and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older; and b) legal residents of Mexico, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and authorized to enter the United States, at the time of Entry.
