ONE (1) PRIZE: A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for winner and (1) eligible guest (together, the “Attendees”) to a participating contiguous United States city to attend a Kesha: The Freedom Tour concert between June 8, 2026 and August 30, 2026 (the “Event”) (collectively, the “Trip”) The Trip includes:
Round trip coach air transportation for the Attendees from the major airport nearest the winner's residence to the major airport nearest the winner’s selected Event city (as determined by the Prize Provider in its sole discretion);
Two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy/room and tax only);
Two (2) premium tickets for the Attendees to the Event (seating as determined by the Prize Provider in its sole discretion);
A Kesha VIP Soundcheck Experience for the Attendees including:
Access to Kesha’s FREEDOM Soundcheck Experience before the show with activities including:
Exclusive opportunity to view Kesha’s soundcheck;
Custom, VIP-exclusive, airbrush temporary tattoos and makeup designs;
Traveling Kesha exhibit featuring memorabilia and iconic outfits from the past fifteen (15) years;
Two (2) concession tickets for the Attendees (local liquor laws apply and subject to availability);
Custom designed, VIP-only, tour poster signed by Kesha;
Exclusive Kesha merchandise gift bundle;
Pre-show VIP photo opportunity to commemorate the Attendees’ experience (no artist participation in Pre-show VIP photo opportunity);
Early merchandise shopping opportunity;

A two hundred dollar ($200.00) cash gift card (the “Promotional Card”) that may be used for ground transportation.

Open only to individuals who are legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the date of entry (or the age of majority in the entrant’s state of residence, whichever is older).
