Open only to individuals that have an address in one of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen years of age (except in the case of residents of jurisdictions where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen years, such legal age of majority) or older at the time of entry, have a valid U.S. Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, and who are current credit and/or debit Capital One cardholders in good standing, excluding Capital One private label credit cards, as of April 15, 2026.
