TICKET PRIZE: PRIZE: 2 seats to the 153rd running of the Kentucky Derby to take place May 1, 2027.Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each ticket: $2,250. Total ARV of the Ticket Prize: $4,500.
ALTERNATE FIREWORKS PRIZE: In lieu of the Ticket Prize, the Winner may elect to receive an assortment of Phantom Fireworks (the “Alternate Fireworks Prize”) with an ARV of $1,500. The contents of the Alternate Fireworks Prize will be determined by Phantom Fireworks in its sole discretion. The Alternative Fireworks Prize is void where prohibited.
ALTERNATE CASH PRIZE: In lieu of the Ticket Prize, and if the Winner is prohibited from accepting the Alternate Fireworks Prize in their jurisdiction, the Winner may elect to receive a cash payment in the amount of $1,500 (the “Alternate Cash Prize”).
