Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize consists of a four (4) day / three (3) night trip for the Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to Napa Valley, California (the “Trip”) scheduled to take place from September 24–27, 2026. The Trip includes:

(i) round-trip coach-class air transportation for the Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near the winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to a Sponsor-selected airport serving Napa Valley;

(ii) three (3) nights’ accommodations at The Ink House (one (1) room, double occupancy), provided by Boisset Collection;

(iii) private car service, including airport transfers and transportation for Sponsor-selected elements of the Trip itinerary;

(iv) curated winery, dining, and experiential activities as determined by Sponsor; and

(v) one (1) $1,200.00 physical check awarded to the winner.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is fifteen thousand nine hundred dollars ($15,900).

Open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of date of entry, excluding residents of Delaware, Utah, and Rhode Island (the “Excluded States”).
