Grand Prize package (1): The Grand Prize package consists of a trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest) to Austin, TX between May 22, 2026 and May 25, 2026, to attend a concert tour stop (the “Event”). Trip consists of the following: (i) roundtrip coach commercial air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Austin, TX; (ii) standard occupancy accommodations for four (4) days/three (3) nights at a hotel designated by Sponsor; (iii) two (2) tickets to attend the Event scheduled to take place on 5/24/26 (Event details and seat locations are to be solely determined by Sponsor); (iv) one (1) TheraBreath gift basket (basket contents to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and (vi) $1,000.00 (awarded in the form of a $1,000.00 check) for winner only to be used as a travel stipend and/or to offset tax implications.

Total maximum Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Grand Prize is $5,000.00.

Open only to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their state of legal residence at the time of entry.
